We provide everything from simple dispatching of your trucks, to recruiting, bookkeeping, invoicing, to being your virtual office while you are on the road and more! We can become your representative and handle the day to day chores for you leaving you valuable time for other things.

Our private dispatch service works on rates as low as $50.00 (in certain cases) for every load we book for you. We build a personalized and customized profile for you where you can rest assured that.

Once we setup the paperwork with you we represent you to direct customers and third party logistics providers. You invoice direct or have us do this for you.

Basic Service Plan

BASIC SERVICE PLAN
Our Basic Service Plan is a popular choice by our smaller customers.
This plan is by far the most popular. We have built our business around this plan. This plan was created for our clients who need our load matching services for most or all of their monthly needs for a flat monthly rate. We handle all your basic freight matching needs including, but not limited to:

- Locating your best possible load and rate matches.
- Dispatcher will review all of your options with you.
- Work to obtain the best possible rate for the load
- Verify credit of Broker or Shipper.
- Handle all necessary faxes and paperwork including rate confirmations, broker set up and
insurance certificates.
- Make sure you or your Drivers are properly dispatched out on the load with the correct
information.
- Send you a copy of the rate confirmation.
- Maintain and submit to you all load activities, paperwork, etc
- Work with your factoring company to make sure the freight broker is approved.

The cost for this plan is a flat monthly rate of $500.00 per truck. (Fleet Discounts Available)

Premium Service Plan

PREMIUM SERVICE PLAN
If you find yourself in a position that you really don't want to handle your own invoicing, we can help. With our Premium Service Plan, you get all the services included with our Basic Service Plan in addition to access to our full range of services.

This plan is by far the most popular for those who want a complete service or a mix and match to meet your needs. We can handle it all for you. We will take care of your dispatching & invoicing for your motor carrier business. With this kind of service, a lot of the weight is off your back and that will give you a lot more time for other important business. We suggest this service over any other service we offer. This is a great one package deal. For only $750.00 per month per vehicle you can just mail in the original paper work and we will do the rest. No more keeping up with what has been invoiced and what has not. You will never having to look for another load again. You can just keep those wheels turning and making money. We don't change a percentage of your load, just one flat rate a month per vehicle. So get started today and get on the road to success.

Fleet Service Plan

FLEET SERVICE PLAN
The Fleet Service Plan is designed for Carriers and Small Fleets or 5 or more trucks. We offer fast and flexible solutions for your logistics needs. All our Fleet Service Plans are negotiated on a case by case basis and are adaptable to the needs of your fleet. This means we can include a full "super package" that includes every service we offer or just a "bare-bones" service tailored to your specific needs.

Paperwork Only Plan

PAPERWORK ONLY SERVICE PLAN
If you are only seeking help in handling paperwork for the loads you haul and do not have the ability to complete this process without having to spend a lot of money having to receive and fax your set up packets to brokers, The Paperwork Only Plan is for you! We can help and will save you money and time by handling your paperwork for you.

This plan is set up for those of you, who wish to secure your own, but do not want to spend valuable time doing all the paperwork. This will save you money in just fax, TripPac fees, scan fees, etc. that are charged. You could spend more than $35.00 on a single load.

- We will verify the broker’s credit for you as necessary.
- We will then contact the broker and have them send us their set up information.
- We will complete all necessary paperwork and order your insurance certificate.
- We will ill send you the load confirmation sheet to desired location.
- All load activity will be sent to you.

The cost for this plan is a flat $250.00 per month. (Fleet Discounts Available)

Please note that rates quoted are for legal weight/size, non-hazardous cargo in dry containers going to non-residential locations unless otherwise noted. Fuel surcharge is based on a sliding scale and adjusted weekly per the National Fuel Index. For steamship lines that do not provide chassis the charge for chassis rental is $20 per calendar day. Usual usage per container is 3 to 7 calendar days depending on scheduling requirements. Rates quoted are good for 30 days. Changes in dimensions, weight or scope of the project may affect pricing. Renegade Transportation Inc provides 2 hours of free loading and unloading time and charges $65 per hour for each additional hour.
